Corey Mohar is a fifth year student in The Pennsylvania State University's Architectural Engineering program, with a focus in structural engineering. Corey plans to graduate in December of 2018 with a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering. After graduation, he would like to pursue a career in either structural engineering or in project management for a general contractor.

The past two summers, Corey has interned with two different general contractors. Most recently, Corey interned with The Whiting-Turner Contracting company, where he worked on coordinating with sub-contractors, reviewing submittals, and helping with the bid process for several upcoming projects. His time there has given him substantially more insight on the construction process and the challenges of coordination with other involved parties.

During his time at Penn State, Corey has been heavily involved with music. Having played in the drumline of The Penn State Marching Blue Band for 4 years, he was also involved with the pep bands for both, hockey and basketball games. He dedicated much of his time to practice and games while still keeping up with his school work.
